Before the end of last year, H&H Diesel Service, Inc. was in dire need of hardware and software upgrades. Since the managers were not quite comfortable with purchasing expensive technology without any real computer backgrounds, the technological standards remained so poor that it was actually affecting everyday business transactions.

Stelian Paraschiv happened to be a customer of H&H Diesel. Once he saw H&H Diesel employees running around and rebooting computers before we could complete his invoice, he quickly mentioned that he was a network specialist and that he could help us out. We still felt a little uncomfortable with hiring an outside source since we had some bad luck with other technical consulting companies.

Once Stelian began to tell us what are actual problems were, we instantly felt secure with him and it was obvious that he had the working knowledge to lead us in the right path. He made it absolutely clear to us that he would not being doing any type of patch-work, instead he wanted to start the project from the ground up. This made sense to us!

We were quite surprised to see how gung-ho Stelian was to begin the project. He had no problem climbing through are filthy storage room and getting dirty. He seemed to overcome every obstacle without any true difficulties. We had our whole building rewired, our network restored, and he built us four new computeres within one months’ time.

It was a true learning experience since Stelian is always teching while he works. He has the habit of explaining every detail as he moves forward. This has been great benefit for us because now we know how to troubleshoot and we will also be able to conduct general maintenance without having to call him every time something goes wrong. Not only is he professional, but he also has a great attitude and he is very personable. We have never had any problems contacting him or communicating with him in any way.

Stelian is the kind of person you need on your team. He is an incredibly talented professional. His passion for living life to the fullest keeps him busy. He is respected by the staff and every elected leader serving the citizens of Fife. He has an inate ability to quickly troubleshoot and solve complex issues. His experience as a business owner and active Chamber of Commerce member earned him the Citizen of the Year Award for 2012. If Stelian ever closes GNTI, he is the only choice for your organization, that is if the City of Fife doesn’t get him first.

Using GNTI has saved me time and money. I love being able to call a LOCAL business and talk to a real person in that business to get my computer issues fixed. One of my laptops crashed and I dropped it off with GNTI. They had it back to me the next day. I was down for less than one day. Thats the service a small business needs these days. I highly recommend GNTI for your computer and network needs!

I am writing today to recommend GNTI and their professional services. The Fife Milton Edgewater Chamber of Commerce has been using GNTI services for approximately one and a half years. GNTI has exceeded our expectations in improving our IT infrastructure while securing our network and server. Our interaction with Stelian and his entire team has been a wonderful experience and we find GNTI employees to be very professional. Stelian’s company. GNTI conducted a system assessment for the City of Fife. Our system is complex with approximately 200 workstations, many of them mobile, most requiring a high level of security (police, finance, personnel, utility systems). GNTI was timely, professional, reasonably priced and helped out internal staff think about things in new ways. These guys are the real deal.

Took advantage of and appreciated learning computer user tips and shortcuts at 2012 GNTI training events. GNTI was very generous in providing multiple evenings of complimentary education at their Fife business location. Recommend GNTI to anyone with computer ‘issues’.

I have had the opprotunity to know personally Stelian Paraschiv for just over three years. In that time, I have formed an opinion as to his character, integrity, and ability to run a business during thse trying times. I have interacted with his firm, GNTI, as a member of the Chamber of Commerce as well as being a client of his. Stelian and his employees have set up my main frame, organized my local server, and configured my Voice Over Internet Phone (VOIP) system when I moved to a new location back in February of this year.

He did what he said he would do, within the time frame that he promised, and came in under the budget that was previously discussed and promised. He was exclusively the only contractor that I commissioned that did all three of those things. Literally. He was punctual, easy to work with, and had a high work ethic that was present at every interaction. My staff also enjoyed working with him.

Stelian and his staff superseded my expectations in a very high tech, difficult industry that I dont’t totally understand. Where I am at his mercy for opinions and advice, he steered me down the road that has my system operating at high level of efficiency. He does a great job of sifting through his industry’s nomenclature, putting things in layman’s terms, and delivering a plausible solution to my unique needs. He is thorough, confident, and has impeccable attention to detail.

I do and will continue to employ him. He would be an asset and problem solver to anything you throw at him. His direct, blunt, and business mind are attributes that I appreciate.

You would do well to contract him.
