Managed vs. break-fix
With break-fix IT you pay by the hour when something goes wrong, and the real cost shows up as downtime and emergency repairs. With managed services you pay a flat monthly amount and we're motivated to keep things running smoothly. Prefer hourly? We still offer on-site repairs billed by the hour.
